Leyra ~ meaning 'Blue Horse' according to a na'vi name generator found on the internet :D

Edit; I brightened the image a little, fixed up some of the lighting and edited the eye. I'm not a fan of the mane, I think there needs to be more of it, but I fear of ruining what is already done.
Thankyou everyone for all the favs and comments, I didn't know this would be that popular as I was simply inspired by Avatar!

I really like the colors and animation on this! This is beautiful! I really like the details of the feathers and beads in the mane :D I really like fireflies so I am definitely a sucker for the addition of them, they're very pretty. Makes me kind of miss living where I would see them all the time since there are none where I live now. Kind of the same nostalgic feeling like the movie Avatar makes me feel haha


Psst if you don't mind me dropping a quick language lesson on you; "Leyra" actually means frozen in Na'vi. Comes from the word "leyr" (which still means frozen but the -a at the end makes it descriptive)

The language community commonly add -tsyìp to the end of Pandoran animals to make words for earth counterparts (palulukan+tsyìp = cat/little thanator) so if you take pa'li (direhorse) you could do "Leyra pa'litsyìp" for "frozen horse" which I personally like the sound of as a name quite a LOT! :D Like blue but with more personality to it haha

If you want to keep the word "blue" you could use "ean" and make it "eana pa'litsyìp" (blue horse/blue little pa'li) which I still like the sound of :)
