I have both right now We own multiples of each. (Being as me and my sister prefer Mac's and my mom prefers windows) And I can tell you that the Mac's are way more useful for turning on, waiting for programs to open, ect. They tend to take way less time on running things without all the programs closing out with no good reason behind it. Hope this helps
