Frost

BUT OMG I AM BACK.
Ok well I was never really gone... well I was a while ago, I just couldn't make art, no matter how hard I tried. But I have broken free of that terrible art block and I feel so happy
I used to have to have an idea before I made manips, I used to want to do the manip, but now I can just manip, and make up the ideas as I go. I swear I'm floating on a cloud xD
(But sshhh I better not jinx it x____x)

ANYWAYS, that is frost on the horses leg and the horse is supposed to be like "wtf" xD
Does it look like icicles/frost? = S I hope so!
Oh this is just a personal manip, because I was bored xD
What colour does the horse look to you? = S
I'm not really a fan of odd coloured horses, so it's supposed to be grey/white with black mane/tail. It's just picking up a lot of light from the sky... right right right???</sub>
